"Michelle has been an exceptional contributor to the growth of the Peoplefluent business over the years. She has used her strong domain expertise, garnered from prior experience as an HR practitioner, to strategically, authentically and thoughtfully consult our customers with regard to their human capital management strategies and business objectives. Her efforts have been strongly validated in the business and among our customer base with some of the company's largest Fortune 100 wins over the years," said Charles S. Jones, Chairman and CEO of Peoplefluent. "As we move forward with a highly differentiated talent management strategy exemplified with our Social HCM suite, we are delighted to have Michelle's intellect, industry knowledge and technology solutions focus in our senior ranks and available to our customers, old and new."
After joining Peoplefluent in 2002 as a talent management implementation and process consultant, Flammer worked extensively with Peoplefluent customers to support solution integration within larger ERP environments and served as a program and process design analyst, implementation analyst and training analyst for a variety of clients across multiple industries. She was promoted into a solutions consulting role, where she directly supported regional sales managers with solutions demonstrations and expert counsel. With strong product knowledge and a keen sense of customer and market requirements, Flammer was promoted into product management before joining the company's sales force in 2010. As a top producer within the Peoplefluent sales team, Flammer has closed some of the company's most strategic accounts and has built lasting relationships with customers.
She was recently accepted into the Wharton Fellows Program at the University of Pennsylvania where, at the sponsorship of Peoplefluent, she will participate in an intense executive leadership curriculum engaging with senior executives from the venture capital arena, successful start-ups and large growth companies like Cisco, Google, Facebook and the R&D unit of Samsung.
Prior to her growth track at Peoplefluent, Flammer was an HR practitioner for ConocoPhillips (formerly Phillips Petroleum and Tosco Marketing Company). Ultimately a generalist, supporting a wide range of Human Resources functions, spanning compensation, compliance, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HRIS, Flammer began her career as a Human Resources administrator and HRIS systems analyst.
Flammer received a B.A. from Michigan State University and a degree in Human Resource Management from University of Phoenix in Arizona.
"I have been part of this dynamic company for ten years, but never have I been more excited to be here than I am today. With incredible and strategic investments in the marketplace and in our technology over the past two years, we have shifted the landscape of what is now possible from a talent management offering," said Flammer. "We are better positioned than any participant in this market to help HR executives meet the changing landscape of the workforce and the increasing demands of the organizations within which they operate. I am very pleased to take on a leadership role in delivering our powerful solutions to our customers."
