- Sarah Nowowiejski has joined the company as Online Marketing Director, responsible for sales and support of Penton's List Sales. Nowowiejski has extensive business-to-business expertise in email list management. Closely managing targeting, pricing, campaign management and driving revenue for her clients. Nowowiejski earned a B.S. in Business Marketing from Mercy College and a M.S. in Organizational Leadership. Nowowiejski will be located in Penton's New York headquarters and will report to Joann Kropp, Vice President, Customer Data Solutions.
- Liz Jordan, Senior Online Marketing Manager, has joined a team that is responsible for managing all aspects of inbound and outbound marketing, acquisition strategy, audience analysis, social analytics and nurturing programs. Jordan is a marketer with a proven record of accomplishments in planning and executing marketing strategies that increase site registration, retention and optimization. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from Baruch College of the City of New York. Jordan will be located in Penton's New York headquarters and will report to Tricia Syed, Senior Director, Marketing & Analytics.
- Morgan Edwards-McGee has been tapped as Digital Ad Operations Manager. She joins a team responsible for managing all aspects of digital advertising operations including campaign implementation, management, optimization reporting, inventory and revenue forecasting as well as yield management. Edwards-McGee has an extensive knowledge of digital advertising and a proven track record in operational excellence. Her broad background will help Penton continue to drive increased performance across a network of properties including mobile. Edwards-McGee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ottawa University in Kansas City. Edwards-McGee is located in Penton's Overland Park office and will report to Maggie Clarkin Spano, Director, Digital Ad Operations.
