Patton Boggs Counsels Trive Capital in Formation and Final Closing of Firm's Debut Investment Fund

DALLAS, Aug. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- A team from the Dallas office of the law firm of Patton Boggs LLP served as legal counsel to Trive Capital Holdings (Trive) in connection with the formation and final closing of Trive Capital Fund I LP (Fund I), the Dallas-based firm's debut investment fund.

At closing, Fund I secured over $300 million of capital commitments. Fund I reached its hard-cap in five months, and was substantially oversubscribed from its initial $250 million target. Trive management noted strong support and interest from a range of investors around the world, including world class public and private pension funds, endowments, foundations, fund of funds and family offices.
