Partners in Care Adopts Sandata's New Point of Care Solution
Leading New York home care agency to implement Sandata's latest EVV™ solution
PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., Dec. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sandata Technologies, the leading national provider of technology solutions for the home care industry, and the pioneer of EVV solutions, announces that Partners in Care, New York City's largest licensed home care agency, has signed an agreement to adopt its latest Electronic Visit Verification™ (EVV) solution, Santrax® Point of Care. Partners in Care is targeting a go-live of the new platform during the first quarter of 2017.
Santrax® Point of Care ("SPoC") continues to be recognized in the home health community nationwide as a transforming technology, enabling agencies to go paperless and at the same time increase documentation accuracy, thereby reducing costs, speeding up workflow and boosting overall performance. SPoC is powered by DeVero, Inc., a San Jose, CA based company, and enables more streamlined workflow for clinical visits and associated documentation management.
"We are thrilled to be collaborating with Partners in Care to help improve efficiencies for their clinicians in the field as well as their office staff," commented David Birnbaum, Executive Vice President at Sandata. "We have worked very closely with Partners in Care for over two decades, and in fact they implemented the first version of our EVV solution in 1994, and we are confident that SPoC brings a new chapter to this great story."
Partners in Care plans to transition its entire clinical documentation set – comprising of over thirty forms and related workflow – to the SPoC platform. "My nursing team and I are very excited to implement SPoC as our clinical platform. The ability to integrate all of our clinical documentation into one comprehensive platform will improve operational efficiencies and provide more rapid access to reporting, ultimately enabling us to improve outcomes," said Jennifer Rajewski, Senior Vice President at Partners in Care.
Sandata has enjoyed strong demand for its mobile workflow products, and brought an increasing number of home health agencies onto SPoC in 2016. "Based on the market reaction to our new solutions, we anticipate continued growth with SPoC and our broader mobile platform going forward, and we are excited to implement additional clients into 2017," commented Birnbaum.
