("Parkway") (NYSE: PKY) announced today that Parkway will hold a Special Meeting of its Stockholders (the "Special Meeting") on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, at 3344 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30326. At the Special Meeting, Parkway's stockholders will vote on the previously announced agreement and plan of merger pursuant to which Parkway will merge with and into a wholly owned subsidiary of Cousins Properties Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ) in a stock-for-stock transaction, as well as other related proposals. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the Special Meeting has been set as the close of business on Friday, July 15, 2016.
