ORC International Strengthens Its Asia Presence with Senior Appointments
MELBOURNE, Australia, Feb. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Global market intelligence firm ORC International today announced the addition of two senior appointments to its growing talent base in Asia. Industry veteran Smitha Kuppa has been appointed Senior Research Director of ORC's Qualitative practice in Asia. She is joined by human resource management expert Nellie Yeoh as Senior Consultant, Employee Research Asia.
With 14 years' experience across emerging markets in Asia, Africa and Latin America, Kuppa will be responsible for ensuring the quality of ORC's qualitative research services to its Asian clients. Her experience spans multiple categories, including household, personal care, food and beverages, snacking, financial services and IT services, specializing in innovation, market entry strategy and communication development. Previously, she worked with Quantum Consumer Solutions, Flamingo, and The Leading Edge & Millward Brown.

She has more than 13 years HR and operations experience, including a "hands-on" HR role at the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. With industry experience spanning the marine, healthcare, security, energy, IT and professional services industries, she is used to working closely with senior business executives and government diplomats.
