Optimizing Home Health Care: Enhanced Value And Improved Outcomes

WASHINGTON, Feb. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Tuesday, February 26, 2013, the Alliance for Home Health Quality and Innovation together with the Cleveland Clinic Journal of Medicine will present a journal supplement featuring articles from leading experts, researchers, and medical professionals in home health.  The authors discuss new advanced models of home care, innovative technologies including telehealth, and the valuable role home health has in reducing hospital admissions and improving care transitions.
