ONYX Graphics to install ONYX Thrive workflow solution at ASTRON print

SALT LAKE CITY, June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ONYX Graphics, Inc. today announced that ASTRON print, s.r.o., will install ONYX® Thrive™ software to manage its large format workflow. Based in the Czech Republic and one of Europe's largest print service providers, ASTRON print (www.astron.cz) offers a wide range of large and narrow format print services using digital, screen and offset technologies. The sale was made through HSW, ONYX Graphics' authorized distributor in the Czech Republic.

In evaluating ONYX Thrive software, Jan Hodek, Business Unit Director at ASTRON print, said he was looking for precision processing because data is becoming increasingly complex. The ONYX Thrive solution will manage 20 active printers, 16 RIPs and seven Job Editors supporting equipment using UV, latex, dye-based, solvent, screen and toner technologies, as well as flatbed and vinyl cutters.
