Online Product Reviews Company Yotpo Introduces Premium Suite
The e-commerce App's 50,000+ Users Now Have Access to Tools that Level the Playing Field with Giants like Amazon and eBay
CHICAGO, June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Product reviews software provider Yotpo today announced the launch of its all new Premium product suite that gives small businesses the tools to compete with e-commerce leaders like Amazon and eBay. Expanding beyond its tools for generating product reviews already used by more than 50,000 online stores, Yotpo's Premium suite now allows users to create a meaningful presence on social media, drive quality traffic to their stories and, ultimately, increase sales.
The company unveiled the new Premium suite at IRCE, the world's largest e-commerce event, going on now through June 13 in Chicago. Two prominent features include Google search integration and Community Q&A.
Providing verified customer reviews on-site is critical for smaller online merchants to compete with large retailers. These authentic testimonials generate the fifth most traffic, lowest bounce rate, most page views and longest visitor time on site for e-commerce retailers, driving better quality traffic and increased customer engagement than leading social and search sites including Facebook, Google, Yahoo and Bing.
To help online stores better optimize for search engines and drive higher-performing traffic, Yotpo is now one of very few exclusive reviews providers that populate search results on Google. Yotpo's integration with Google rich snippets provides detailed product information in search results, including a product's average review score. Yotpo also provides data to Google's Seller Ratings, which show up in AdWords campaigns signaling to searchers that a store is trustworthy and provides quality service. Together, these two new features optimize both organic and paid search results.
But, reviews often don't tell the whole story about a product, as they focus on the experience of a single buyer. When visitors to an online store cannot find the answer to a product-related question in the product description or reviews, the buck often stops there, leading to a lost sale. To solve that problem, Yotpo's new Community Q&A feature enables potential customers, past buyers and the retailer to engage in conversation, share information and insights about the product.
"We're super excited to give small businesses access to tools that were, until now, reserved for industry giants like Amazon and eBay," said Yotpo CEO and Co-founder Tomer Tagrin. "Tapping into the needs of our 50,000 users resulted in the creation of our Premium plan, which democratizes reviews and online marketing tools for small and medium online businesses at an extremely affordable price."
Yotpo will demonstrate its Premium suite in booth #553 throughout IRCE June 10-13. For more information, please contact [email protected].
