Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide New York Adds Senior Healthcare and Social Media Specialists to its Ranks
NEW YORK, May 10, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide (Ogilvy PR), an integrated global communications firm, welcomes Ann Hemingway as Senior Vice President to the New York Healthcare team and Bob Blount as Senior Vice President to its 360-Degree Digital Influence group, with a focus on healthcare.
Prior to joining Ogilvy, Hemingway was a Executive Vice President and Director of Account Management Excellence at Euro RSCG Worldwide PR. In addition to her director role, Hemingway was responsible for the senior leadership on b2b, brand and consumer health business.

Formally the Director, Social Analytics & Insights at WCG, Blount joins Ogilvy PR to focus on healthcare and technology clients. With 20 years of experience in communications, Blount has worked across industries on both agency and client side.
Blount's previous professional experience includes 14+ years with Dell, across various brand and corporate communications roles. In addition to Dell, Blount was a consultant with several international clients focused on technology and vendor relations. Blount also held the position as Manager of Sales Automation of ITT Sheraton hotels. In addition to Blount's extensive technology experience, he has worked on various healthcare brands including Genomic Health, Seattle Genetics, Pfizer Lipitor, Chantix, Spiriva and various other Pfizer Primary Care brands.
Blount will report to Gemma Craven, Senior Vice President of New York's 360-Degree Digital Influence group, who said, "A digital specialist in healthcare and technology, Bob brings a well-rounded, cross-discipline approach to our rapidly growing social media team.
