Ogilvy Again Named A Leader In Gartner 2019 Magic Quadrant For Global Marketing Agencies
NEW YORK, March 20, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Ogilvy, a global marketing and communications company, has been named a Leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Global Marketing Agencies report for the fourth consecutive year. Gartner, the world's leading information technology research and advisory company, compiles its findings based on an evaluation of 15 criteria encompassing both completeness of vision and ability to execute.
"To us, this recognition from Gartner is a true testament to the power of Ogilvy's creativity combined with our deep digital expertise," said Carla Hendra, Chief Digital Officer, The Ogilvy Group. "In our view, our work with clients such as British Airways, IBM, and Samsung demonstrates how we are focused on making the brands of our clients matter by thinking about every aspect of the customer experience – because brands that matter create more value for all stakeholders."
Gartner Magic Quadrants are based on a rigorous, fact-based analysis backed up by a highly structured methodology.
As described by Gartner, "Leaders possess deep, broad capabilities across all competencies, most notably related to strategic services (which include business strategy and digital business transformation skills). Leaders implement comprehensive, effective solutions that leverage sizable investments in creative talent and marketing technology. They invest their own R&D dollars to set market direction. As a result, Leaders are the providers to watch in the ongoing evolution and transformation of marketing in a digital world."
In 2018, Ogilvy announced its re-founding and introduced a new brand identity and organizational structure aimed at simplifying client relationships. Ogilvy Consulting, an enterprise offering, focuses on digital transformation as a core capability working horizontally across all of Ogilvy.
