Mount Sinai Health System's Human Resources Department Launches OFFTHESCALE® Wellness Intervention Program
NEW YORK, Feb. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Healthcare innovator, OffTheScale® (OTS) is teaming up with Mount Sinai Health System to offer its high impact wellness platform to Mount Sinai's employees. The OTS platform will be used in addition to their existing employee wellness initiatives.
Developed by health and wellness expert Jay Cardiello, who is recognized for his work with celebrities and media and a dedicated team of engagement, healthcare, technology, and marketing experts, the OTS platform and program is unlike any other intervention currently available. The collaboration with Mount Sinai will focus on supporting an established number of employees to identify barriers that hinder them from achieving optimal health, empower employees with a personalized nutritional lifestyle and exercise plan, and connect each employee with an OTS personal change agent and support group. Employees will meet weekly with their OTS change agent and fellow employees who will serve as their team members over a 12 week period
