Oasis Outsourcing Welcomes Dolores Calicchio as Executive Vice President of Human Resources
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Jan. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Oasis Outsourcing, one of the nation's leading Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), is pleased to announce Dolores Calicchio has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. She will be based in the company's West Palm Beach headquarters.
At Oasis, Calicchio will be responsible for Talent Management, Organizational Development and overall HR Operational Excellence. Her focus will be on delivering a best-in-class HR solution that drives employee engagement, retention and a high-performing culture.
Calicchio is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 15 years of experience in leadership roles across various industries. Prior to joining Oasis, she held human resources positions at Merck & Company, Johnson & Johnson, Bayada Home Health Care and Carnival Cruise Lines. Along with her technical Human Resource knowledge, her strengths include delivering targeted business results and mobilizing employees to cover a broad spectrum of services while growing in their jobs. She has broad experience in large change management initiatives such as organizational restructures, mergers, start-up companies, upsizing and downsizing event management, and complex system implementation projects such as SAP and Oracle.
