Oasis Outsourcing Announces Two Senior Vice President Promotions
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Sept. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Oasis Outsourcing, the nation's largest privately held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is pleased to announce that Kerrin Jesson has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, and Barbara Drames has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Benefits.
Jesson, who has more than 25 years of operational and strategic experience in the PEO industry, is now responsible for all aspects of operations as they relate to clients, including payroll, benefits, implementations and compliance.
Jesson, who joined the company in 1999, has held several high-level roles, including most recently, Vice President of Financial Systems and Strategy.
Drames, as Senior Vice President of Benefits, is responsible for all aspects of benefits offerings, including Oasis' health and welfare programs and 401(k) plans. Her focus is on strategic direction related to plan design and implementation, as well as continuing to bring innovative benefits solutions to our clients.
Drames has more than 20 years of experience in the PEO industry. She was previously the Vice President of Benefits at Oasis.
