NuVinAir Donates $50,000 And 50 Gallons Of Patented Cleaning Product To Help Victims Of Hurricane Florence

DALLAS, Oct. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- NuVinAir, an automotive-industry pioneer offering patented odor-elimination products, is donating $50,000 and 50 gallons of its proprietary "ReNuSurface" cleaning product to numerous charities that are helping those affected by Hurricane Florence in the Carolinas. Last year, NuVinAir was heavily involved with recovery efforts in Houston after Hurricane Harvey.
"The devastation from Hurricane Florence certainly hits home for us, and we are incredibly proud to offer both a monetary and product donation to benefit those who need it most," said Kyle Bailey, CEO and founder of NuVinAir. "We've seen generous pledges from several major corporations and, through our #NuHopeChallenge campaign, we want to inspire other fellow small and midsized businesses to help however they can."
Bailey hopes to set an example for other companies across the United States by challenging owners of any-sized business, to contribute to the recovery and restoration efforts in the Carolinas. To help drive awareness, he urges companies to use the hashtag #NuHopeChallenge to share their support stories on social media.
"This $50,000 donation from our corporate office will make a tremendous difference to countless people who are hurting here," said Bob Goldberg, a longtime South Carolina resident who owns NuVinAir's territories in both South Carolina and North Carolina, and is part of the company's nationwide network of certified distributors. "South Carolina is my home, my business, and my family, and I plan to personally be involved in the recovery efforts, while encouraging others to do the same through the NuHopeChallenge."
NuVinAir is donating $50,000 to two non-profit organizations — $25,000 each: All Hands and Hearts Smart Response, which provides relief to residents in areas affected by natural disasters in the U.S. and internationally, as well as Samaritan's Purse International Relief, a humanitarian aid organization. Additionally, NuVinAir is shipping 50 gallons of its patented cleaning solution "ReNuSurface" to High Socks for Hope, a charity founded by Major League Baseball pitcher David Robertson, benefitting survivors of Hurricane Florence and Hurricane Harvey.
"Because of the generous support of the NuVinAir team, we will now be able to help even more families recover after the devastation of Hurricane Florence," said Erik Dyson, CEO, All Hands and Hearts Smart Response. "Such generosity is what transforms lives and creates hope for those who have lost so much."
NuVinAir's core product line is sold through automotive dealerships and other auto-related businesses across the country, including car washes, detail shops, rental-car companies, and truck fleets. However, with historic flooding from what the National Weather Service called the "storm of a lifetime" continuing to impact homes and residents across the area, NuVinAir will be donating its cleaning product.
To drive awareness for Hurricane Florence victims, use the hashtag #NuHopeChallenge to share your donation story with your social media followers.
