ORLANDO, July 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- 2015 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference -- Nintex, the global standard in workflow automation, today announced that it secured five 2015 Office App Awards during the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) last night, https://dev.office.com/app-awards-winners#BestUserInterfaceSharePoint.
Nintex claimed the "People's Choice" top honor for Overall Developer and first place for "Most Launched SharePoint Add-in" and "Most Business Value SharePoint Add-in" for Nintex Workflow for Office 365 plus two second place awards, including "Best Mobile App" and "Highest Performing SharePoint Add in." Nintex, which ranks among Microsoft's very first partners to commit to the Office Store when it launched in 2012, also was named 2015 Office and SharePoint Development Application Partner of the Year.
"This year's award winners are among the most innovative and valuable our partner ecosystem has to offer. Therefore, it came as no surprise that Nintex was named among that group as this year's winner of the 2015 Microsoft Office and SharePoint Application Development Partner of the Year award," said Phil Sorgen, corporate vice president, Worldwide Partner Group, Microsoft Corp. "We applaud Nintex on this achievement and for the outstanding value it continues to provide for our mutual customers."
Nintex CEO John Burton added, "It's an honor for Nintex to be named a Microsoft Partner of the Year and receive five 2015 Office App Awards. The Nintex platform leverages the strength of Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 to help us better serve our customers and partners by offering easy-to-use automated workflows, forms, and mobile apps. The integration between Nintex and Microsoft helps mid-market to enterprise companies drive greater productivity and faster results."
Last year Nintex received four awards from Microsoft in three categories, including the 2014 "People's Choice" top honor for Nintex Workflow for Office 365, with Nintex Forms for Office 365 recognized as a finalist, and first place for "Most Interesting SharePoint Scenario" and "Most Downloaded SharePoint App."
