TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Feb. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- North Highland, an employee-owned management consulting firm, recently announced that it is merging and expanding its operations in Florida in order to better serve its growing client base in the state. The Florida office, which includes locations in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tallahassee and Tampa, will combine resources from throughout the state, and will be led by Vice President Barbara Ray, who is based in Tallahassee.
