Neighbors Health System Announces Strategic Alliance With HKS Architecture

PEARLAND, Texas, Feb. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Neighbors Health System, owner of Neighbors Emergency Center, announced a strategic partnership with HKS Architecture. HKS, known for its design of W and Aloft hotels, is an international leader in hospitality and medical architecture.

The Neighbors Health System partnership with HKS was authorized by the Neighbors board of directors on February 3rd. Under the agreement, HKS will develop a prototype design that will be site adapted to future Neighbors locations, with plans for future adaptations of the design into larger scale uses. Neighbors Emergency Center has plans to open eight new centers in 2015, including locations in Midland, Odessa, El Paso, and Texas City.
