The NCPA Trade Exposition is the most powerful and productive trade show in the independent pharmacy industry. Hundreds of companies, representing products and services from OTC to automation, offer attendees the best opportunity to secure the latest in products and services from a greater variety of vendors not available at other shows in the pharmacy industry. A current list of those exhibitors can be found here.
Select exhibitors will host Exhibitor Theatre sessions on Sunday, October 24 and Monday, October 25 in the Convention Center's Exhibit Hall A. These 30-minute non-CE sessions will offer attendees a unique opportunity to learn about latest products and services from these companies. View the Theatre sessions and times here.
This year NCPA Convention attendees will also have the chance to participate in an Exhibit Hall drawing. On Sunday and Monday, each attendee will be given a map of the show floor; in order to qualify for the drawing, one must visit 10 booths in a special shaded section of the hall; to get the card stamped, each attendee should ask exhibitors "What are you offering at the NCPA show?" Once an attendee has received the 10 stamps, the card is to be returned to the NCPA booth 641 for a chance to win a $1,000 gift certificate from Jewelers Resource, booth 1033. The gift certificates are good for the NCPA show only. Attendees can download a map of the exhibit hall show floor here.
The NCPA Annual Convention and Trade Exposition will present the latest in pharmacy education, case studies, and real world, business-impacting information for the independent community pharmacy industry. The four-day convention will feature nearly 20 hours of continuing education credits on topics including marketing, merchandising, technology and profitable niches including long-term care, immunizations, compounding, and more. New educational programming includes sessions on 340B, diabetes education reimbursement and the return of the popular all-day technology seminar. New formats this year will integrate the popular and topical government affairs forum into the Second General Session and incorporate the fun-filled NCPA Foundation Silent Auction into the opening night celebration.
