ATLANTA, Dec. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- National DCP, (NDCP) the $2 billion supply chain management company serving the franchisees of Dunkin' Donuts, has announced the results of its recent Board of Directors election. Serving a three-year term, new Board members include two Dunkin' Donuts franchisees, Matthew Doyle and Barkat Gillani, and Dunkin' Brands Chief Financial Officer Paul Carbone.

New Board member Matthew Doyle of Branded Management Group in Worcester, Massachusetts has been a Dunkin' Donuts franchisee for more than 15 years. His business owns 80 Dunkin' Donuts restaurants in Rochester, New York, Cleveland, Ohio and Worcester, Massachusetts. Doyle previously served on the New England DCP Board of Directors before the merger that formed the National DCP. A Director and Founding Member of National DCP's Board since 2006 and the 2013 Board Chairman, Barkat Gillani of BG Group USA has been re-elected to serve an additional term. Gillani has been a Dunkin' Donuts franchisee in the Chicago market since 1988.
Paul Carbone, Chief Financial Officer of Dunkin' Brands, will fill the corporate seat on the Board. Carbone joined Dunkin' Brands in August 2008 as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis. In June 2012, he was named Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the Company's finance, investor relations, strategy, loss prevention and information technology functions.
Elected by their peers, National DCP's Board provides strategic guidance on the cooperative's growth and policies. Doyle, Gillani and Carbone join the existing Board members, who include Chairman Dipak Patel - Morristown, New Jersey; Vice Chairman Dharmisth Patel - Montgomery, Illinois; Treasurer Manoj Reddy - Windermere, Florida; Neal Faulkner - Boston, Massachusetts; Manoochi Fallah Moghaddam; Mike Komondy - Leasburg, North Carolina, NDCP CEO Scott Carter and Independent Director Julie Larner.
