National Commercial Auctioneers to Conduct Bank Owned Real Estate Auctions of Properties in Portland area on July 12

TULSA, Okla. June 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- National Commercial Auctioneers [www.natcomauctions.com] announces a real estate auction to sell bank owned properties in the Portland, Ore., metro area, on July 12, 2011, according to Steve Van Gordon, GRI, CAI, AARE, GPPA.

Located at 206 SW Oak Street in Hillsboro, Ore., the first property is a bank-owned, single-tenant retail / office building on a corner lot with 0.17 acres. Built in 1946, the property features a 720 sq. ft. building and parking for 20 cars.

"We also have some highly visible mixed-used property at auction in Oregon City," said Van Gordon. "This property offers good access to Highway 99E."

Up for bids are six irregular-shaped parcels totaling 1.99 acres and 15,436 sq. ft. The site includes two warehouses and two single-family residential properties. The Northern portion of the property is zoned for single family residential, while the Southern portion of the subject property is zoned for commercial use.

Located at 415 South McLoughlin Blvd., one of the commercial parcel features an 8,240 sq. ft. warehouse built in 1962 with two docks, one grade-level door and 16 ft. ceilings. 315 South McLoughlin was constructed in 1967 with 3,450 sq. ft., an outdoor wash pad with drains, 12 ft. ceilings, a grade-level door and a loading dock.
