National Commercial Auctioneers Adds More Properties to Large South Texas Real Estate Auction

TULSA, Okla., May 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- National Commercial Auctioneers [www.natcomauctions.com] announces additional properties to the catalog of the two-day real estate auction event to sell bank owned properties in South Texas on May 16 and 17, 2011, according to Stephen Karbelk, CAI, AARE, CEO & Founder.

"This is one of the largest real estate auctions in South Texas history," said Karbelk. "We have added even more properties to this portfolio, making it nearly 100 properties up for bids."

One recent addition to the auction is an 8,248 sq. ft., seven bedroom, 7.5 bath home in Edinburg, Texas.

The auction features properties in Webb, Starr, Hidalgo and Cameron counties. These properties include commercial and residential real estate as well as multiple land offerings and building lots.

"We have had a tremendous response to the first round of property inspections," noted Karbelk. "People were asking if they could buy tickets just to come and watch the auction events, but there are no tickets needed. The auction is open to the public. However, potential bidders do need to register and bring the required deposit to the auction."

The auction for all Laredo properties will be conducted off-site at Embassy Suites in Laredo, Texas, on May 16 at 6pm. The auction for all other properties will be held at the McAllen Convention Center in McAllen, Texas, on May 17 at 4pm.
