With over 10 years of store and property management experience, Mrs. Bokamper is responsible for all day-to-day operations at four NAS-Managed buildings totaling 285,601 square feet of office space; Lakeside Tower, Brier Corporate Centre, One Hospitality Building and Three Parkside. Responsibilities include: Contract management, tenant and capital improvement projects, lease administration, tenant relations, supervision of engineering, maintenance, and janitorial staff.
