SAN DIEGO, March 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Monster Offers (OTCBB: MONT), a leading Daily Deal analytics provider and aggregator, today announced that it has entered into an exclusive advertising agreement with Ad Shark, Inc of Orange County, California to provide sales and marketing services for Monster Offers' organic and aggregated daily deal offerings. Under the terms of the agreement, Ad Shark will distribute Monster Offers' organic and aggregated daily deals, offers, and related promotions within Ad Shark's growing network of mobile advertising developers, publishers, and partners.

Ad Shark is actively engaged in deal offerings in more than 400 markets nationwide and is on track to exceed 3700 new advertising clients this calendar year. Under the terms of the agreement, Ad Shark will distribute Monster Offers' daily deals, offers, and promotions within its captive network and its rapidly expanding client-base. Ad Shark is compensated for its services on a strict performance basis (based on incremental sales generated) and with no upfront cash cost to Monster Offers.
