NEW YORK, June 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Momentum Worldwide, the world's leading brand experience agency, today announced the promotions of Jason Alan Snyder to the role of global Chief Technology Officer and Elena Klau as its first-ever Chief Strategy & Analytics Officer. Snyder was previously Chief Technology Officer, North America and Klau was previously SVP, Group Director Strategy, Insights & Performance NA. Both Snyder and Klau will remain based at Momentum's New York global headquarters.
In his newly created role, Snyder will develop a new global practice group throughout Momentum's offices, building a world-class team of technologists, producers, developers and more. Snyder and his team are tasked with ensuring Momentum's global clients, including American Express, Samsung, Verizon, Proctor & Gamble, the U.S. Army, Coca Cola, William Grant & Sons, SAP, United Airlines, Walmart and others are creating impactful, effective brand experiences through innovation and the application of cutting edge tech strategy.
Snyder has spent nearly a decade working across various agencies, including serving as a founding member of Deutsch's interactive group, iDeutsch. Over the course of his career he has worked with top brands that include Google, Facebook, HBO, IKEA, Johnson & Johnson, Proctor & Gamble and Nike. He has also previously held positions as head of product design at AOL and at Yahoo! Music. An acknowledged leader in his field, Snyder is featured often in publications like The Guardian, The Drum, Raconteur and more speaking about trends in technology and artificial intelligence. He has been published numerous times in Adweek, and been a presenter at conferences like Advertising Week Asia, Event Tech and Ad Tech. An inventor, before and since joining Momentum, Snyder holds numerous patents and his most recent product, Luci, a solar powered lantern, earned the rare distinction of winning the coveted Innovation Award in both 2014 and 2015 from the Consumer Electronics Association winning for outstanding design and engineering of cutting edge consumer electronics products.
