The RTS DNase™ Kit efficiently removes contaminating genomic DNA from RNA preparations while protecting valuable RNA samples from damage during the DNase treatment process. RTS DNase is the first DNase I enzyme which is stable at room temperature, eliminating concern about freeze-thaw cycles that may decrease enzymatic activity. The RTS DNase™ Kit also contains a novel and highly specific resin which is used to bind and remove the RTS DNase enzyme and divalent cations from the reaction for optimal QPCR results. Protection of RNA is ensured, as the kit contains only Certified RNase-free reagents and does not require heat, EDTA or harsh chemicals.
The RTS DNase™ Kit is available now. For more information, visit the MO BIO website (http://www.mobio.com/dnase/rts-dnase-kit.html) or call 800-606-6246 to order.
