Hartman will be responsible for new business development in the Enterprise sector and for executing on the Miller Heiman vision of being the world's most credible and recognized resource for sales performance and sales effectiveness expertise.

Hartman will be based in Dallas, Texas. He has more than 24 years of experience in sales leadership and business development in the business service industries sector. He has launched global business development programs, revamped international sales teams and developed key account retention programs. Hartman is skilled in key account management, training and development, international sales and program development. He has been recognized for turning around sales teams, developing leaders and working with cross-functional teams.
He joins Miller Heiman from Regus, the world's largest provider of flexible workplaces, where he held multiple senior roles including vice president of global accounts. Previously he was with FedEx Office – Kinko's and United Parcel Service. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
