Michigan Virtual Charter Academy Welcomes K-12 Students to Enroll for 2015-2016 School Year

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., April 1, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Michigan Virtual Charter Academy (MVCA), a tuition-free, online public charter school authorized by Grand Valley State University, welcomes families with students in grades K-12 to enroll for the 2015-2016 academic year. MVCA is an education option open to students from across the state of Michigan. By combining online instruction, hands-on curriculum and the support of Michigan-licensed teachers, MVCA cultivates an individualized education for each student.

To help parents and children learn more about the program, MVCA will host community information sessions in Flint, Lansing, Kalamazoo, Dearborn and Grand Rapids.  There will be a coordinator on-site to assist families with the enrollment process, including document collection. MVCA also hosts weekly online information sessions, which allows families to learn about the program from the comfort of their home.
