Home of the Original Hamburger Brings its Food and Fun Times to Miami Mall Food Court
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Dec. 17, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Just in time to kick off Johnny Rockets 25th Anniversary, the company today announced the opening of its 300th restaurant, at Miami International Mall. The all-American global restaurant chain brings its classic hand-dipped Shakes, Original Hamburgers and American Fries to the chain's eleventh Miami-area location, thanks to Franchise Partner, Ken Eldridge.
Situated seven miles from the Miami International Airport and near the Port of Miami - where the newest Johnny Rockets restaurant is onboard the Allure of the Seas - the International Mall restaurant joins five department stores and more than 140 specialty retailers in bringing a family-friendly experience to locals and visitors alike. The new restaurant features classic favorites that Johnny Rockets is known for - from Rocket Wings to Onion Rings - and also features healthier options like chicken sandwiches, Boca Burgers®, turkey burgers and salads.
"As one of the original Johnny Rockets franchisees, and the only one in Miami, I can tell you that it is one the best models for restaurant franchising available in this market. I'm proud to be a part of the success the company has seen over the past 25 years and to be able to contribute in the true spirit of what we call 'Rocketeers'," said Miami Franchise Partner Ken Eldridge. "We're one of the few companies that stay true to our Founder's business model and to the timeless philosophy that guests deserve the best-tasting food, cleanest environment and friendliest service possible. And, if they happen to enjoy our dancing and music in the mean time, we've accomplished our mission."
Added Johnny Rockets CEO John Fuller, "This 300th location, in Miami, is yet another landmark for our brand. It is Johnny Rockets' established reputation of providing simple food with classic appeal and a feel-good atmosphere that makes us globally known as, 'where the good times roll'. He added, "Ken Eldridge's growing business and its popularity in the Miami market is a prime example of how our brand offers more than just an investment opportunity...it's a way to bring all-American fun to cities around the world.'"
