To commemorate National Promposal Day, Men's Wearhouse enlisted the help of social media stars and real life couple, Dylan Jordan and Summer McKeen to document their epic promposal. Dylan, in an effort to outdo last year's promposal, sought the expertise of Brent Rivera, last year's National Promposal Day star, to take #NationalPromposalDay to the next level. Not to be outshined, Summer became aware of the plan and took planning into her own hands, stealing the show.
Summer McKeen: "It was such an honor to work with a cool brand like Men's Wearhouse! I loved how creative the team was in pulling together such a fun video."
Dylan Jordan: "Awesome project alongside my best friend and partner in crime. Love the message and it's been great to work with Men's Wearhouse to make promposals extra special across the US."
Videos from the perspective of both Dylan and Summer debuted on March 11, 2017 on their respective YouTube channels. A third video was shared via the Men's Wearhouse YouTube channel ensuring that #NationalPromposalDay was recognized as the most elaborate promposal ever.
Once again, Men's Wearhouse collaborated with Snapchat unveiling SnapAds on March 11th with a customized prom themed game that ultimately unlocks a custom filter allowing teens to ask their date to prom in a fun, graphic way. Men's Wearhouse is one of the first fashion brands to utilize the SnapAd game feature.
Additionally, students who participated in National Promposal Day on March 11 were encouraged to share their own epic promposal experiences using the hashtag #NationalPromposalDay.
