(TMI) to handle claims processing transactions for the Company's sizeable provider community. In assigning its customers to MD On-Line, TMI is exiting the claims transaction business and will continue to concentrate on data processing, transformation and collection services for its customers. The transition to MD On-Line will begin immediately.
