MD On-Line Acquires Claims Processing Clients From Transaction Methods, Inc.

PARSIPPANY, N.J., July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- MD On-Line, Inc., a proven leader in enabling interoperable EDI transactions between healthcare insurance companies and healthcare providers, today announced that it has entered into a Customer Transfer and Acquisition Agreement with Connecticut-based Transaction Methods, Inc. (TMI) to handle claims processing transactions for the Company's sizeable provider community.  In assigning its customers to MD On-Line, TMI is exiting the claims transaction business and will continue to concentrate on data processing, transformation and collection services for its customers.  The transition to MD On-Line will begin immediately.
