TORONTO, May 19, 2020 /PRNewswire/ - Manulife Financial Corporation (NYSE: MFC) (the "Company") today announced that it has completed its previously announced public offering in the United States of U.S.$500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.484% senior notes due 2027 (the "Notes").
The Notes were issued pursuant to a prospectus supplement, dated May 14, 2020, to the Company's registration statement declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on December 10, 2019. BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
