The list was based on survey results from nearly 30,000 employees who have been placed with a staffing or recruiting firm. Out of more than 6,000 staffing firms in North America, only 28 firms (less than 1 percent) are recognized on the 2010 Best of Staffing Candidate list for exceptionally high levels of job candidate satisfaction.

The scores of the winners are double the national staffing industry's NPS benchmark for candidate satisfaction.
