Maine Community Health Options and its members benefit from superior user experience to manage healthcare

Portal from Morneau Shepell provides intuitive format, convenient access and real-time information for members

ATLANTA, GA, April 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Morneau Shepell and Maine Community Health Options (MCHO) today announced the successful completion of the first phase of the online portal serving all MCHO members. The portal serves as the hub for MCHO members to print ID cards, view claim status, and receive healthcare-related documents in real-time, in a clear and easy-to-understand format.

"The portal developed and administered by Morneau Shepell has been a major contributor to the success of Maine Community Health Options," said MCHO chief executive officer, Kevin Lewis.
