Madison Realty Capital Closes Over $700 Million in Transactions in the Third Quarter 2018
MRC closing wide span of financing and note purchase transactions nationwide
NEW YORK, Oct. 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Madison Realty Capital (MRC) closed over $700 million in financing and note purchase deals in the third quarter of 2018, comprised of 15 financing and note purchases ranging in size from $5,000,000 to $258,000,000 for value-add multifamily, condo, mixed-use, ground-up construction, hotel, land, retail, industrial and office related transactions throughout markets nationwide including New York City, New Jersey, Chicago, and Los Angeles. MRC has now closed approximately $1.75 billion in transactions through the third quarter of 2018.
