NORWALK, Conn., Oct. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- LYMBR, a wellness company and a leading provider of personalized stretching, announced the official launch of LYMBR@Work. This new program offers onsite personalized stretching as a service for companies that wish to support their employees with corporate health and wellness opportunities in the workplace.
LYMBR@Work takes LYMBR's luxury studio experience and delivers it directly to the workplace. Clients receive a personalized stretch therapy protocol designed and executed by highly trained stretch therapists who tailor the stretch to an individual's specific needs. "It's like a modern-day coffee break," says LYMBR president David Frankel. "And, unlike other health and wellness programs, our stretch protocols allow you to re-boot and re-energize in 20 minute intervals."
"Our bodies are not designed to sit at a desk all day," says Geoff Schneider, Co-Founder and CEO of LYMBR. "Having a stretch therapist to help with the aches and pains that come with being sedentary all day will allow people to be more productive at work." LYMBR@Work is equally effective for employees with an active lifestyle. "Our stretch protocols really work for those weekend warriors – people who have an active lifestyle out of the office, and need some relief from sore muscles."
LYMBR stretch therapists are highly trained professionals who have completed 100 hours of training at LYMBR Academy. LYMBR@Work can be an effective addition to a company's already-existing wellness program, or a perfect way for an organization to get started on a new health and wellness initiative to benefit hard-working employees.
With studios now open in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and Florida, LYMBR has been rapidly growing since its launch in August 2016. According to Schneider, clients are already seeing an improvement in mobility and strength, as well as reaching new levels of relaxation. "We've got some clients who play hard on the weekend and come see us to ease tense muscles, while others are just finding that all that time at the desk is starting to take its toll. It's exciting for us to see how the LYMBR@Work program can help make someone feel more comfortable so that they can be more efficient during the day."
LYMBR@work is currently available in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York and Florida. LYMBR is looking forward to continuing its national rollout late 2017 and early 2018. For more information, please visit www.belymbr.com.
