Luxury Portfolio International(R) Now Marketing to Chinese Buyers Via Juwai.com
SHANGHAI, April 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Luxury Portfolio International®, a luxury real estate network that markets over 25,000 US$1 million+ listings every year, has signed an agreement to market all of its listings to Chinese buyers via Juwai.com, the No. 1 Chinese international real estate website.
Luxury Portfolio is a network of 200 premium real estate agencies with properties in 47 US states and 30 countries. The network's listings have a total value of more than US$44 billion, with an average price over US$2.6 million. Luxury Portfolio is the luxury face of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.
Since 2011 Juwai.com has been the No. 1 website for Chinese who are buying property outside of China. It markets 2.4 million listings in 53 countries to a monthly audience of 1.5 million. 82% of its users are mainland Chinese.
Under the terms of the new agreement between the two companies, Juwai.com will market in Chinese every one of Luxury Portfolio's listings.
Luxury Portfolio members will also have the option to upgrade their corporate and agent branding on Juwai.com, as well as for their listings. Available upgrades include luxury branding, extra agent profiles, additional translation services, email direct marketing and Chinese-language property brochures.
