P.F. Chang's new hand-crafted, hand-squeezed Year of the Pig cocktails include:

• YEAR OF THE PIG - Monkey Shoulder Whisky, five-spice syrup, fresh lemon juice, orange juice, and bitters, garnished with an orange peel, served in a bacon and sugar-rimmed glass
• THE PINK PIG SPRITZ - Hendrick's Gin and Cointreau Liqueur with blood orange purée, pomegranate juice, and Villa Sandi Prosecco, served in a sugar-rimmed glass
• HAPPIER THAN A PIG -Monkey Shoulder Whisky, Aperol, almond syrup, fresh pineapple and lime juice, with an edible art garnish pig

Also known as the Spring Festival, Chinese New Year is when loved ones come together to celebrate new beginnings with traditional dishes that symbolize good luck and prosperity.
