The Content Gallery portal redesign was based on member feedback and is intended to assist those who are focused on customer, channel, and brand loyalty in finding the insight they seek daily for help in their journey.
There is a great deal of unique content that can only be found on Loyalty360 in the Content Gallery, from Daily News, to press releases, to in-depth exclusives from leading brands in the industry that are setting themselves apart through unique and engaging processes of customer experience and engagement. Loyalty360 has become a trusted advisor to these brands, and more and more of them are looking to tell their story about how they are putting the customer first. The redesigned Content Gallery will allow these stories to be showcased like never before, as the Loyalty360 audience wants to hear these stories and engage with those brands.
The Content Gallery will also provide easier access for members of Loyalty360 to exclusive content like case studies, past conference sessions from leading brands, research and reports from both Loyalty360 and its members, as well as analyst reports and assessments of technologies that help brands navigate the rapidly evolving landscape around customer loyalty and customer experience. Members will now have an easier time combing through the treasure trove of member-only insight that is available to them.

The revamped Content Gallery will streamline and simplify the content in a way that brands will understand, while providing the same access and insight that we've become known for to both members and non-members."
Much of this content within the content gallery will be updated daily with news stories, In-Depth Exclusive brand interviews, and Loyalty Today blog posts, which feature the latest content from experts within the Loyalty360 community. Other gated, member-only pieces, including case studies, videos, past conference sessions, and archived webinars will be updated on a weekly or monthly basis.
The Content Gallery redesign is only the first in a series of enhancements that will be coming to the Loyalty360 site, with greater community and networking features for members to engage with, enhanced sponsor and member pages, and new "Find-a-Partner" and "Ask the Expert" areas. These improvements will all be completed in time for the 2017 Customer Expo (www.customerexpo.com), which will be held at the Sheraton Music City in Nashville, Tennessee, November 6-8. During the expo, Loyalty360 will also be releasing information on the new Certification and Standards process that many members of Loyalty360 are currently going through.
