LOS ANGELES, Oct. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Loton, Corp. (OTC: LIVX) announced that media and entertainment veteran Schuyler Hoversten has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer of its LiveXLive subsidiary.
Prior to joining LiveXLive, Mr. Hoversten was the co-owner and inaugural Team President of LA KISS pro arena football team, overseeing all aspects of the business including sponsorship, ticketing, and merchandise revenues. Additionally, he managed the team's brand identity, marketing and game day entertainment initiatives with rock legends Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. Under Mr. Hoversten, the team achieved the top revenues, attendance and media coverage across the league.
Mr. Hoversten previously oversaw the business development for the Los Angeles Dodgers for four years, tasked with increasing the team's revenue streams. Under his leadership, the Dodgers set new revenue records year-over-year, in addition to implementing first-ever brand entitlement and activation spaces at Dodger Stadium, including the United Club Suites, Lexus Dugout Club and Ketel One Lounge. Mr. Hoversten also served as VP of Business Development for the Colorado Crush Arena League Football Team for four years, responsible for all aspects of the team's business operations including ticketing, sponsorship, game day operations, marketing and promotions.
