A Six Sigma Black Belt, Josh has more than 14 years of professional healthcare experience. Prior to joining Lockton, Josh served as a Six Sigma project manager at Cigna Healthcare where he led his team to drive improvements in operational performance, identify key business metric trends and aid in the establishment of management methodologies to monitor and control processes. He holds a master of business administration from Southern Methodist University and was trained in project management through the American Management Association.
Chief Executive Officer Bruce Sammis remarked, "Our firm is fully committed to continuous quality improvement. Ours is the only firm we know of that employs Six Sigma-trained professionals, dedicated to improving the quality of internal processes. When first hiring a CQI director in 2009, I underestimated the impact of applying Six Sigma discipline to our professional services firm. This is the only way we will run our practice going forward."
Josh is the second member of the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) practice at Lockton Dunning Benefits. He joins Vice President and Six Sigma Green Belt Jessica Brickert who launched the specialty practice in 2009. The CQI team is dedicated to advancing business processes for Lockton Dunning Benefits in the ongoing effort to save Lockton clients time and money.
