Lithium Technologies Deploys Online Training for its Social Customer Solutions Using Training JumpStart™ Portal
WILTON, Conn., Dec. 16, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Selected by Lithium Technologies to address its customer training needs, a private-branded Training JumpStart™ Portal was launched just over a year ago to deliver online, on-demand training. The Training JumpStart Portal has enabled Lithium, the leading provider of social customer solutions, to deploy an on-demand curriculum for Community Managers, Moderators, and Business Owners, to enroll clients, track usage and monitor test performance.
