BRIDGEWATER, N.J., April 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Two affiliates of The Linde Group will be showcasing an extensive array of gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG) offerings at the American Gas Association (AGA) 2017 Operations Conference and Biennial Exhibition in Orlando, Florida, May 2 and 3.
Linde Engineering North America Inc. (LENA) and Linde LLC invite conference attendees to their booth (#436) to discuss technologies and services for the LNG utilities industry that meet a broad range of needs for this market. Visitors will find that, working with Linde, they will receive world-class support in the form of project management, specialized technicians and operators, and safety training – while assuring enhanced efficiencies and process stability.
LENA LNG experts will address complete peak shaving plant needs, including pre-treatment, ethane removal, core liquefaction, LNG product storage and loading, and LNG vaporization.
"With the move to shale gas, pre-treatment and ethane removal are becoming an increasing concern to gas utilities," said Tina Edvardsson, Director of Technology at LENA. "We look forward to sharing our solutions for ethane removal among our other technologies and services for the industry."
LENA also supplies StarLNG™ small- to mid-scale liquefaction plants that are standardized and modularized for quick delivery, as well as robust SUB-X® submerged combustion vaporizers for regasification of LNG. Aftermarket services include upgrades, repairs and replacements of existing equipment, such as liquefiers, plate fin heat exchangers and vaporizers.
Linde LLC LNG specialists will discuss the company's broad range of LNG services, providing a "virtual LNG pipeline" for pressure pumping in natural gas pipeline networks, or as a backup supply at natural gas-fired power plants. Linde LLC's virtual pipeline consists of portable LNG storage and regasification equipment, delivering 300,000 scf/h of natural gas at 80 psi. Custom solutions are also available for systems requiring higher flowrates or greater delivery pressure.
"The virtual pipeline can be a benefit during times of planned or unplanned maintenance, extreme temperatures, curtailment, or increased load," said Evelyn Fairman, Applications Sales Engineer and Program Lead for Linde Americas. "During these times, LNG can increase reliability and security of supply."
Depending on the customer's site, Linde LLC offers both temporary, mobile equipment, as well as permanent stations. The Linde LLC LNG team can provide LNG product, equipment, and related services as a turn-key solution.
