The MedPlast transaction builds on Lincoln's strong expertise in the Medical Device Outsourcing sector and represents the firm's 41st Medical Technology transaction

("MedPlast" or the "Company") to Water Street Healthcare Partners and JLL Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
