LIDS Teams Up With Major League Baseball On Season Opening Promotion

INDIANAPOLIS, April 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- LIDS Sports Group has partnered with Major League Baseball (MLB) to offer fans an opportunity to customize MLB hats purchased at LIDS during the opening week of the 2015 season. With a purchase of $30 or more of MLB licensed headwear, fans can choose to add custom embroidery to their hats at no additional cost, this week through Thursday, April 9.
The free embroidery (a $9.99 value) includes a variety of personalization options including their own names or messages. Customers can also choose to embroider Major League Baseball player autographs and other designs by paying a nominal upcharge fee.
This is a first ever promotional effort for LIDS and MLB to help fans celebrate the start of the 2015 season. This promotional offer is available at the time of purchase in any of the more than 800 North American LIDS stores where custom embroidery is available.
