Liberty Property Trust Announces Full Exercise of Underwriters' Option to Purchase Additional Shares
MALVERN, Pa., Aug. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY) announced today that the underwriters of its public offering of 21,000,000 common shares have exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 3,150,000 shares. All shares sold in the offering are being sold at a price of $36.00 per share. Settlement of the sale of all shares in the offering will occur on August 7, 2013.
Citigroup, Goldman, Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, and J.P. Morgan acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
