Leo Burnett Is the Most Awarded Agency Network for the Second Year in a Row at the ANDY Awards
CHICAGO, April 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- For the second year in a row, Leo Burnett Worldwide has been named the Most Awarded Network at the International ANDY Awards. Conquering the industry's toughest creative jury, Leo Burnett took home nine ANDYs (1 gold, 3 silver, 5 bronze) awarded to seven different Leo Burnett offices including Sydney, Toronto, Hong Kong, Buenos Aires, Madrid, Shanghai and Istanbul.

Leo Burnett Sydney won Gold in the Use of Music Category for the popular World Wildlife Fund campaign, "Monkey." Leo Burnett Toronto won Silver in the Direct category for James Ready's "Cap Recall" campaign, as did Leo Burnett Hong Kong for Unequal Children's "Paper Cutting" in the Graphic Design category. Leo Burnett Sydney also won Silver in Film for its work for Bundaberg Rum, "Favourable Lie." Bronze awards were presented to Leo Burnett's Buenos Aires, Madrid, Shanghai and Istanbul offices in the Film, Press, Photography and Outdoor categories recognizing outstanding work for P&G, Fiat and Supor Non-Stick Pans, just to name a few. A Bronze award was also presented to Leo Burnett Sydney's WWF "Monkey" in the TV/Cinema category for cinematography.
The International ANDY Awards, now in its 47th year, is one of the world's preeminent advertising industry awards shows and is famous for its outstanding caliber jury comprised of internationally renowned creative directors. Awards are presented to both single and campaign executions, distinguished by product, service or technique category.
