BRISTOL, Pa., Nov. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Lenox Corporation, one of the world's leading names in dinnerware and gifts for the home, is pleased to announce their "Circle of Giving" holiday campaign in partnership with God's Love We Deliver and Project Angel Food. The campaign is designed to benefit those who are living with severe illness and bring nutritious meals to those who need it most this holiday season.
Through the "Circle of Giving" campaign, Lenox will match donations made through www.GoodCircle.org from November 21 to December 31, 2016. That is double the meals for people who truly need our help. Lenox is partnering with two significant charities that provide thousands of high quality, nutritious meals to individuals who are living with life-threatening illness and are unable to prepare meals for themselves. The two charity partner organizations, God's Love We Deliver in New York and Project Angel Food in Los Angeles, strive to improve the health and well being of men, women and children living with serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition.
This project will provide thousands of meals prepared with love by hundreds of committed volunteers and staff of these great non-profit organizations. And more than just meals, these two charities deliver warmth, compassion and hope. Please join us in this great "Circle of Giving".
"We are proud to support two amazing charity organizations who are feeding people in need in New York City and in Los Angeles. We think there is no greater cause than to help people in our country who are ill and in need of special, nutritious meals," notes Lester Gribetz, President of Lenox.
As a symbol of the giving spirit, Lenox will gift a silver plated ornament from the Lenox Holiday Collection to those who donate $25 or more through www.GoodCircle.org. The "Circle of Giving" campaign will be promoted on all Lenox social media platforms and via email. Both charities will also promote the campaign to their volunteer and support communities. Lenox hopes to engage consumers and companies to join in this effort to provide over 5,000 individually tailored meals to those who need it most.
In addition, Goodcircle has partnered with GlassView, a social video platform with access to more than 250 million unique users in the United States, who will be supporting the project pro-bono through placement of the Circle of Giving video with $20,000 worth of exposure.
