NASHVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- With customer loyalty now being recognized as the key to business success, brands who excel in the effort were honored on Tuesday night at the Loyalty360 Customer Awards during the inaugural Customer Expo in Nashville, Tenn. Some of the top brands in loyalty marketing, customer experience, and customer engagement were recognized in six categories, as well as a small group of brands and vendors who were honored with the prestigious 2017 Loyalty360 Honors Awards.
The Loyalty360 Honors were awarded separately to brands and suppliers that, based on the extensive industry experience of Loyalty360 and the conference advisory board, have shown a unique drive, passion, focus, and commitment to advance the customer landscape.
Caesars Entertainment was the night's big award winner, being named Company of the Year, as well as being named the Platinum Award winner in the Brand 360-Degree Award category. To qualify for the 360-Degree Award, a company must submit an entry in at least three of the six categories.
Caesars also earned a Platinum Award for Operational Innovation, Gold Awards for both Loyalty & Advocacy as well as Organizational Commitment, and a Silver Award for Operational Excellence.
Jeff Sopko, president of Baesman Insights and Marketing, was named Executive of the Year, while MGM Resorts International was honored for New Product or Service Innovation. Royal Bank of Canada was honored with the Customer Service Innovation Award, and Nissan & Infiniti was recognized for Sales Innovation.
