WASHINGTON, April 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Lattice Engines, the leading provider of predictive marketing and sales applications, today announced that its Buyer Insights app was named a finalist for the 2016 SIIA CODiE Awards in the category for best sales and marketing mobile application. Finalists represent the information industry's best products, technologies, and services in the software, content and business technology.
The SIIA CODiE Awards, which have recognized product excellence for over 30 years, are the premier awards for the software and information industries. The awards offer 91 categories that are organized by industry focus within either education technology or business technology. Buyer Insights was honored as one of 215 finalists across the 62 business technology categories.
"I am amazed by the level of innovation and creativity of the products that have been selected as this year's CODiE Award finalists. We are happy to recognize them for their great contributions and impact they are making on the software, content and business technology industries," said Ken Wasch, President of SIIA.
Lattice's Buyer Insights provides predictive recommendations within the standard Salesforce account lead and contact pages, so sales representatives can ultimately discover and prioritize high propensity selling opportunities in their existing workflows. It's contextual insights about the account and contacts for each recommendation that help sales teams understand the rationale behind the scores and quickly prepare for the next meeting or call. This then results in higher adoption across the company, and increases pipeline creation from the predictive campaigns. In addition, the mobile app has a modern and interactive display to allow any sales rep – whether they are in inside sales, field sales or channel sales – to quickly view and act on predictive recommendations.
"Companies are looking to drive more effective sales conversations with buyers. Not only is it important to surface relevant buyer data from external sources and sources buried within the enterprise but it's equally critical that the process is made easy for sales to act on in order to drive success," said Nipul Chokshi, head of product marketing at Lattice. "Sales reps are able to use our Buyer Insights app from wherever they are, using any device they have, to be more productive and run effective sales cycles."
The SIIA CODiE Awards are the industry's only peer-reviewed awards program. The first round review of all nominees is conducted by software and business technology executives with considerable industry expertise, including members of the industry, analysts, media, bloggers, bankers and investors. The judges are responsible for selecting the CODiE Awards finalists. SIIA members then vote on the finalist products and the scores from both rounds are tabulated to select the winners. Winners will be announced during a virtual award ceremony on May 18.
